Shipments and returns Policy

Your pack shipment

  • Delivery of your order is 3-5 business days. There is no delivery on weekends or public holidays.
  • When you place your order, you will receive confirmation of what you purchased and how much you paid. Your Indo-Pak-order number will be on the confirmation, and it will contain information on what you bought and what products are shipped from the store.
  • If you get a product delivered to you that does not match what you ordered or is in any way defective or non-functioning, you always have the right to charge a complaint and return the product to Indo-Pak. Note that you always need to contact Indo-Pak to obtain a return number (RN) before you return anything. Without an RN, Indo-Pak cannot receive and administer the return and fix the errors that occurred for you.
  • The consumer pays the cost of return shipping, and it is also you as a consumer who is responsible to make sure the return arrives here in a timely manner. 
  • Depending on the payment method used at time of purchase, a repayment is made with the same method. 
  • We are unable to supplement, modify, or cancel an order after it is placed and confirmed. Should you cancel your purchase, you always have 14 days right under the Distance Selling Act. The withdrawal period begins to run from the date you received the product.

You cannot return the following:

  • Wigs and hairpieces
  • Piercing Jewelry and earrings

  • Cosmetic products (including hair and skin care products and perfumes)

  • Adhesive products used directly on the skin

  • Food product such as oil, jam, and other bottled products

  • Similar or comparable products to those listed above
