:1 Kg, thin fillets
Onion medium 4, finely sliced/250g
Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon
Ginger Paste 1 tablespoon
Yogurt, Plain 1-1 ½ cup, whipped / 250g
Ghee Oil 1 cup/ 175g
Shan Pasanda Curry Mix 1 packet (use less for mild hot)

Cooking Instructions:

1. Fry the onions in hot ghee/oil until golden. Remove from oil and place on an absorbent paper.

2. Allow it to cool and then crush it coarsely. Apply Shan Pasanda Curry Mix, yogurt, fried onions, garlic and ginger on the meat and leave it aside for 1-2 hours.

3. Heat ghee and add the fillets/Pasandas along with the masala and cook on low heat until the meat is tender. Add water if necessary.
