Existing Ingredients Quantity

Potatoes ½ kg , thin round slices
Tomato 1
Green chillies 1-2 chopped
Green coriander  1-2 medium chopped
Shan Aloo bhaji masala 1 packet


1. Boil the soaked chanas in 6-7 cups of water for 1-2 hours. Then add baking Soda and cook for 1 hour or until the chickpeas are tender.

2. Heat ghee/oil and fry the onions until golden add chopped tomatoes and stir/fry for 2-3 minutes. Add Shan Aaloo Bhaji Curry Mix in half a cup of water and add to the onion.

3. Stir and fry for a minute. Add one cup of water. Add this to the boiled chanas and boil on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Garnish with chopped green coriander and green chilies
